These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fuelog iOS application and the fuelog.app website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

Fuelog provides fitness and nutrition tracking tools, including AI-assisted food recognition, macro tracking, workout logging, and recovery insights. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Not medical advice

Fuelog is a tracking and informational tool. Nutrition targets, AI coaching insights, and recovery scores are estimates and are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before making health decisions.

Accuracy of AI features

AI food recognition and macro estimates are generated automatically and may not always be fully accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and adjusting logged entries as needed.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Third-party integrations

Features that connect to Whoop, Apple Health, Oura, or other third-party services are subject to those providers’ own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuelogshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
